Before launching SYSYNCED, I spent nearly ten years leading organizations and teams and building the systems behind their growth.
When I became an entrepreneur, I started to see that experience differently.
I realized there was a gap between knowing how to do the work and knowing how to build the business behind it.
The skills that make you great at what you do aren’t the same skills it takes to lead, organize, and run a business well. And that’s a gap many founders experience as their business grows.
